I had a mechanical issue and I contacted the Salesperson,Sales Manager and they addressed my issue, coming to a speedy agreement to correct the matter and all is good ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Faulkner Hyundai | 11500 Roosevelt Blvd Philadelphia, PA 19116 They understand customer satisfaction. I am a Hyundai owner(purchased elsewhere in NY) twice over, but have never received the prompt attention to resolve an issue, that was shown here. When the time comes to purchase my next vehicle, I will be heading to these guys since I am confident they will do the right thing - Thanks Guys

We visited Faulkner Hyundai for the first time today to have a standard recall completed on our 2010 Elantra and after purchasing our new car walked away commenting on how it was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. My wife and I had been considering taking a look at a new Elantra with an automatic transmission. When we purchased our 2010 we visited some other dealers in a couple different states and had some questionable experiences. From the moment we dropped our car off for service and began exploring the new car lot the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a very thorough walk thru of all the options available. After taking one for a test drive we headed inside where the sales team went to work to help us get the car we wanted for a price we could afford. The individual we dealt with in finance was extremely personable and gave us all our options. The facility was extremely clean and welcoming and the staff made you feel like you we're among friends.

The staff here is excellent - they really went to bat to make sure that I got the exact car that I wanted, at the right price. Everyone is extremely knowledgable and very friendly, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease.

My experience with Faulkner Hyundai was most enjoyable. It was my very first time out just looking at cars, and little did i know i was gonna walk away with my very first car in one day! A great buy at that, and the employees I've met were the most helpful. They've made my first experience at buying a car exciting. Alanna Casey was very friendly and helped greatly in the choosing of my first car. The manager Pat was also very welcoming and all seemed to make me feel very excited and an appreciated customer. Carlos was a great financing manager who explained everything very clearly and greatly recommended us to call if we had any questions at all. My overall experience was just amazing. I purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Faulkner Hyundai, the staff at Faulkner Hyundai was very friendly and polite. This was my first time purchasing a brand new car the sales rep Steven Folbaum was courteous and professional he took his time and went over everything with me he made my first time car buying experience comfortable. My husband and I went to Faulkner Hyundai last week to look at cars; we were already at a Ford dealership. Mike came out as we were looking at the Sonatas. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the features of each of the cars. After comparing a few of them he took as for a test drive. My husband thought I had decided on a sedan, but I knew I wasn't going to be comfortable in a car after driving a small SUV for 10 years. While sitting at Mike's desk, I decided that I wanted to look at the Tucson. He showed us a Tucson GLS FWD that they just received on the lot. After test driving the Tucson, I knew that was what I wanted. We negotiated the price of the car and amount we received for our trade in and was happy with the final offer. We told them we would call later in the week with our decision as we wanted to do some comparison shopping. I called Mike a couple days later to tell him we were going to take the Tucson and that we would be in on Friday to complete the final paperwork. When we went back Friday night, Mike had the car ready for us and once again showed us everything we needed to know on the car. He even connected both of our phones to the car's bluetooth and filled up the gas tank as we met with Carlos to sign the papers. Carlos had all of the paperwork completed properly and ready to go as I completed the online finance application (which took all of 5 minutes). Carlos was also very friendly and knowledgeable when answering questions about leasing versus buying. The paperwork only took about 15 minutes.

We have been at other dealerships where the salespeople were pushy and annoying in their questions. This was not our experience at all at Faulkner Hyundai. Throughout our whole experience, Mike and the staff were very friendly and did not apply any pressure. I would definitely recommend Mike and Faulkner to our friends. I love my new Tucson!

My family recently had the pleasure, Yes, I did just write pleasure, of purchasing a used vehicle from Steve Buchanan at Faulkner Hyundai.
