My Review of Faulkner Mazda Harrisburg:
I could not have been happier with the experience I had at Faulkner. I originally dealt with Mark who is the Sales Manager. He offered me a very good deal that we agreed to.

When I picked up my car, Michael took me through everything I could ever need to know about my new car. Then I filled out the paperwork and drove away with my new Mazda 3.

The entire staff were friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. They were not pushy in the least and went out of their way to make my experience as pleasant as possible. I would not hesitate to refer others to them.

My Review of Faulkner Mazda Harrisburg:
I worked with Heather through the web site to let her know what i was looking for and she then put me in touch with Mike. He showed me the vehicles & we did a side by side comparision of the Mazda5 vs the CX-5. Being able to compare the two sitting side by side was fantastic. That was the determining factor for me. I knew this would be the dealership & the salesman i wanted to work with.

Laura did a great job at giving us all the information needed about the vehicle and the amount we would get for the trade without any pressure of buying. Laura is my type of car salesperson. We plan on returning to her in the future. The management team all met us and were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure felt comfortable in making our purchase.
