I dealt directly with Bill Harral and Bryan Dougherty. These guys listen more than they talk. Their primary goal is to satisfy their customers. They don't do it by applying pressure. They do it by practicing active listening. They were selling me a relationship, not a car. I bought both. Not only did they align me with the car I wanted, they made it work for me financially. Actually, they came in less than what I asked for. Who does that? Bottom line ... they made me feel relevant and comfortable. They worked for me, not against me. You can't put a price on that value.
