Very easy! Friendly atmosphere. I had to bring my children with me to car shop who are 6 and 7. Roland invited them into the kids lounge, offered them snacks and Friendly atmosphere. He showed us several vehicles, had us test drive whichever one(s) we wanted. He had a lot of patience and didn't rush me even when he had to keep running out in the bitter cold. I made my choice and scheduled a purchase/pick-up date for later that week. Unfortunetly Scott was sick on my pickup day so he arranged to have Jared Neff handle the delivery for him. Jared, like Scott, was very knowledgeable and went over everything to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and familiar with all the features. If I had was to purchase another vehicle I would be hard pressed to choose which of the two I would have as my 'Salesman" Frank Bernhard handled the paperwork end of the purchase. He too was very good at what he does and unlike others whom I have purchased a vehicle from, he made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. He did not just shove papers at me saying 'sign here'. During our 'wait' time we were approached by several other employees asking if we needed help or something to drink. Everyone we encountered at this dealership was very friendly. More
