I felt that Joe knew enough about the pricing and trade in situation that he didn't have to play the game of going in and "talking with his manager" over and over and over. He was straightforward with us and it was an overall great experience. There have been countless times that we have sat at a dealership and waited for hours while the sales guy "talked with his manager" only to come back with a low ball offer that was insulting. But this did not happen with Joe. We have never bought a vehicle so quickly as we did with Joe because he helped us to reach our expectations. I plan to buy all my new cars from Joe! More
