The moment I arrived I expected to have to walk into the dealership and convince somebody to talk to me like Drivers Village. To my suprise, Bob walked out and introduced himself and made me feel like it was the 90's all over again. Bob truly knows the meaning behind salesmanship. I told Bob I was looking around and wanted to know if he could beat the quote that I recieved from a dealership in Rochester and he said "Not a problem!"

From that moment on, Bob was the true professional and did not waste my time with unnecessary banter and stuck with the meat and potatoes of the sale. From one salesman to another "Keep up the good work, our kind will be missed one day!"

My husband and I have dealt with other dealers in the past...and it was NEVER a good experience! When we first dealt with Fayetteville Dodge a few years ago, we worked with Ron Parnell. He was very pleasant to work with and softened the stress of the purchasing process with his easy-going personality...so we had returned to Fayetteville Dodge now for the last 3 vehicles. We came back again to find that Ron had retired and we worked with Jason Learo. Jason sold us van #4! Jason was just as pleasant and an absolute joy to work with. He is genuinely a "people person" and can help you get thru the transaction with honesty and a few laughs! Upon entering the dealership, I was warmly greeted by Ryan and then was introduced to Justin. I had been to another dealer on the previous day, and working with Fayetteville Dodge was steps above the other dealership. Justin was very personable, and I felt everyone was very honest and interested in doing a fair deal for both of us.

I would definitely go back to Fayetteville Dodge, and would recommend them to my friends and family!

My salesmen was Bob Saltzman he is the man if you buying a vehicle .Very knowledgable ,knows the product very well ,he went above and beyond to find truck that is gonna met our budget and needs.I would highly recommend working with him .Thanks Bob we enjoy our truck every time we drive , and the smile my husband have while he driving is priceless.

I arrived at the Dodge dealership and Bob came out to greet me. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to where the Caravan were. I found one I thought I liked and he went to get the keys. Unfortunately while he was gone I found another one I liked more. He returned and was very nice about having to go get another key. He said "Don't be sorry, it's my job."

We took the vehicle for a test drive. I decided that it was the vehicle I wanted.

It was so nice to be at a dealership that was more interested in helping me find the vehicle I wanted and didn't waste my time going inside until I found what I wanted. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle. Bob let the product talk for itself.

I would return there in a minute and refer anyone who wanted to purchase a Dodge there. Bob is one great salesman. Anyone who got him would be very happy with their experience.
