I had a Car Credit City loan and was extremely upside down in my loan and i didnt have very good credit. David worked with me to get the best deal i could get and kept me in my price range. When i showed up to sign all the paper work, they had already pulled the car in the showroom, detailed, and with a full tank of gas. David even took my old plates off my old car and put them on my new car I am extremely satisfied with the car i left with. David even called me a week later to check up with me and see how i liked the car. What a joke!!! Brought in my vehicle to get an oil change and look at my headlight that was consistantly going out. They proceeded to tell me the part would cost $500 for the headlight because it was change and look at my headlight that was consistantly going out. They proceeded to tell me the part would cost $500 for the headlight because it was a computer hard drive malfunction. LIES!!! They also tried to charge me for a diagnostic check that they never informed me that they may have to do! That was another $120.00. That job was going to cost me over $600 and that's not even including labor! NO THANKS! I proceeded to take my vehicle to another shop and they told me the problem was the pigtail was bad. He replaced the part, ran a diagnostic test, and included labor for a grand total of...wait for it..$130. Federicho is a joke! Lies!! How many people do you think they rip off every day with this crap! I'll never take another vehicle there again. I will also make a point to tell every person I know not to take a vehicle in there for maintenance unless they just enjoy throwing their money away to crooked liars. BEWARE!!!! More

During the paper signing portion, he was very careful to make sure we understood all the paperwork and neither Steve or Rodney ever seemed to be pushing or rushing us. They let us work through the deal at our own pace offering great assistance and valuable advice along the way. I worked with Mike Barnett for 3 weeks to find my truck. I had very specific options I needed and Mike worked with me daily to find my truck. Everyone at Federico including the General Manager, was great and said they would find the truck I wanted and they did not try to pressure me to buy the truck even though it was the last day of month. I also had a great experience with Rodney in Finance who helped me maximize my rebates and helped me choose the best extended warranty for me as well as helped arrange 0% financing through Chrysler Credit. I am certain I will receive the same level of service from the Service Department. More
