Had a problem with service during oil change. Our 1999 Neon with approx 90,000 miles was brought to McInerney CJD after dealership that I dealt with since 1996 was closed due to Crysler. I took it in for an oil change and they stripped out the oil pan plug, then proceeded to state that my wife was a lair and that they never had changed the plug out with an aftermarket drain plug. Now my car is leaking oil, and they have proceeded to give me a quote for approx $500 dollars to replace the oil pan. The damage that was done has been looked at 2 different mechanics and they stated that this could have only happened by over tightening or cross threading the plug. More

I have been going to the McInerney Chrysler Dealership now for 6 years. The dealership's quality which stands out the most to me is their customer service. I have never had to take my car to the dealership for service, they do it for me! The salesperson checks in with me every so often to ensure that things are going well and that I am still satisfied. I like knowing that this dealership is family-owned. They are great people, and are willing to go the extra mile for people. You just don't find that customer service anymore. I would suggest stopping by this dealership for your next car purchase. They are helpful, knowledgable, and will do what they can to get you what you want for the price-range you are comfortable with. More

I knew more about the car than the salesman. It took a day and a half to get a loan approval and then the rate was extremely high. This was the around 5:00 PM the Friday before Labor Day and they were closed Sat, Sun, Mon (Labor Day). I thought about it all weekend, then called them back on the Tuesday following labor day. When I asked to speak to the finance guy, the agent put me on hold and went in to tell him I was on the phone. The loan guy's response was 'I do not discuss loan decisions over the phone!' I was making a decision that day between this dealership and another, and I only needed three questions answered! That sealed it, I went to the other dealership and bought the same day! More
