Awesome experience! My wife and I went out to Ferguson Superstore on a brutally cold and snowy day to look at a specific car. Sean Clemons our sales consultant was so tho My wife and I went out to Ferguson Superstore on a brutally cold and snowy day to look at a specific car. Sean Clemons our sales consultant was so thoughtful he started the car up and had it warm and toasty waiting for us to get there. He was extremely knowledgeable and the experience was nothing like your normal car lot. I.E, no goons stalking the lot! Also, Cody Rogers who works in the new car division was super gracious and helped us with water and more detailed information on the car which compelled us to buy the car. Finally, Avery in the finance department Was an absolute joy to work with. This may sound a little strange but my wife, Avery and I talked about philosophy and various inspirational books to read. Not a normal discussion you would have at a car lot, but made the experience even better! More

Initially the car we had in mind was out of budget, but Justin worked with us by getting us the most for our trade-in and keeping us apprised as the price fell week by week as well as showing us other options in our range. Ultimately we got the car we wanted at the price we could afford and Justin could not have been more helpful, professional and courteous! It was very detailed information that took a lot of time to compile. He was very professional yet also down to earth and very honest about everything he told me. I was not left to guess about anything. He made suggestions about or offered different information about several vehicles that we were looking at, yet he did NOT try to force us to choose one vehicle over the other. He left that decision totally up to us. He even stayed late or (came back after he was supposed to be off for the day, due to a sick wife at home), just to accommodate us. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better sales person. He is actually still in contact with us now to just make sure we are still happy with our purchase....Great place....already recommending to other people! More
