We bought a new Kia Sedona November 2020. We tried to get it in for service and they said it would be 4 weeks to get a loner car. We dropped it off thurs and picked it up on Saturday with not even a diagnose it in for service and they said it would be 4 weeks to get a loner car. We dropped it off thurs and picked it up on Saturday with not even a diagnoses!! we have 4 small children and no way to take them anywhere without this vehicle!! Also there so called insurance they sell you will cover 50.00 a day of a 150.00 a day rental. I'd say buy from a different dealership next time because these guys suck!!!! More

Went in for the updates on my Kia Soul. While I was there wanted to get a quote on a window seal and heater variable control intermittent. I did not have an appointment to have my car serviced, but David Kleman, Service Advisor, stated that if I did not mind waiting that he would work me in. He did! The service department is great! Everyone in the showroom was friendly, and made sure I was taken care of, while I waited for my car. Mike was great.
