Everyone in the showroom was friendly, and made sure I was taken care of, while I waited for my car. Mike was great. I bought my car a year ago and continue to be impressed with Kaveh Adib. He was there at 805 AM on a Monday morning to respond to my call about a specific car I saw online...and was there at 8:00 PM when w with Kaveh Adib. Service on my Forester I bought my Suburu here and they take great care of it. I bought a package and have not had to pay out of pocket expenses as yet. Love the service. Wouldn't fix defect under warrantiy Took car in with about 6000 miles , fixed all problems but one, wanted to charge me to fix that one. Trying to get a daily update on my car that you had over a week was painful. Receptionist that forwarded my calls to the service department was not very friendly and seemed put out, (I’m not if she was frustrated with me or the service department). The cherry on the cake of this experience was the service department was unable to replicate the problem I was experiencing with my car. I still experiencing that problem, but I don’t have time to fight to get information. I’m waiting for it just to break. More
