My F150 Eco-boost had a issue while driving on Interstate 10 and lost power. I woiuld not have been as nervous if this would have happened to me at home. This was my first experience buying a new car and it could not have gone much smoother. We set up an appointment for a test drive, and within a few days the car was mine. Rolando helped me during the test drive and was very friendly in explaining the car to me and answering any questions that I had. Francisco helped when it was time to negotiate a deal and both he and his sales manager (whose name escapes me) were incredibly friendly with myself, my grandfather, and my dad. They genuinely wanted our service and did everything in their power to get us a great deal, all the while keeping a very nice and personable atmosphere.
