I had the best experience at Ferman MINI of Tampa Bay. Courtney Devine was the best part of my experience. I am from out of town and wanted to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive up north. The video from the serviceman explaining all the issues that needed to get fixed and then Courtney walking me through each fix was above and beyond customer service. I also enjoyed the free wifi so I could still work. When I drove my car off the lot OMG I couldn't believe how much safer and smooth the ride was home. I will continue to go back to this dealership in the future. Also want to give a shout out to Tony. He was explaining all the new cars to me and the difference. Tony was very knowledgeable. More

Ryan took us on a lengthy test drive that truly demonstrated so much about the vehicle, all the while spouting info that showed how much he knew about the car we were in. Two days later, and with countless options of colors to choose from their inventory, I settled on a gorgeous little red Mini convertible and have been in love ever since. I can’t begin to explain how appreciative I was of the info session Ryan gave me before driving off. There’s things about the car I would’ve never taken advantage of (key fob short cuts and app benefits) had he not shown me. Today, I completed my morning errands with the top down and pep in my step! Matthew organized everything very well and waited for me while I journeyed from Sarasota to Palm Harbor in 2 Ubers! That was above and beyond.
