We recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2022 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Fernandez Honda, and the experience was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. After years of considering a truck but hesitating on full-size options, we started looking at mid-size pickups that could meet both our family and weekend hauling needs. Even though the Toyota Tacoma had been on our radar for a while, the Ridgeline won us over with its better gas mileage, all-wheel drive, and smooth ride—plus, we've been a Honda family for our last four vehicles, so it just felt right. Fernandez Honda made that decision even easier. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we felt welcomed. The vibe was upbeat and friendly, with no pressure—just great conversation and even better music playing in the background. Chris, our salesperson, made the whole process enjoyable. He really listened to our needs, knew the Ridgeline inside and out, and gave us all the time we needed for the test drive. On top of that, we found we had a lot in common, which made for great conversation and a genuinely pleasant time. Gil in Finance was equally fantastic. He walked us through the available packages clearly and helped us decide on the extended warranty and roadside hazard coverage with zero pressure. He even got us a great rate through a Honda promotional offer, making the buying process seamless and affordable. We also traded in our older Accord, and that process was smooth—we got a great value and were very satisfied. The Ridgeline itself was in excellent shape, especially compared to another we saw elsewhere that had more miles, more wear, and a higher price without being certified pre-owned.
