PERFECT what's there not to like about the new Ghibli !!! but what's more impressive is the quality of service you get from this group!! Kevin King was my sales person and great from beginning to end ! As I was sitting down with Kevin going over the car the manager and owner introduced themselves and had a great over all conversation. Ferrari Maserati Of Long Island is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. I highly recommend them if you want a great experience and ask for Kevin King. More

I was very curious about the all new 2014 Maserati Ghilbli I am a 28 yr old Real Estate Broker and previously owned a 2012 Mercedes Benz E350 4Matic. I was very curious about the all new 2014 Maserati Ghilbli SQ4. So I went into Maserati Long Island for a test drive. There, I met salesperson Kevin King. Kevin immediately told me that he was new to the business and I appreciated that. Kevin has great customer service and follow up skills. If he didn't know something, he would tell me "I don't know, let me find out" then follow through. Being in the sales business, I appreciate the professionalism Kevin has provided. I would highly recommend Kevin King and Maserati Long Island for all of you Ferrari and Maserati needs. More

I was in the market for a New Maserati and did much shopping around. I visited dealerships in NJ and PA and found the prices to be quite high. I decided to visit Ferrari-Maserati of Long Island on Sept shopping around. I visited dealerships in NJ and PA and found the prices to be quite high. I decided to visit Ferrari-Maserati of Long Island on September 17th, From the moment I walked in I was very impressed , with the selection, the cleanliness of the dealership and the Helpful and Friendly staff. The sales staff dedicated much time to me that day to give me the best deal possible. I also met with the Owner of the Dealership who personally spent time talking to me and also personally helped me through the sale. His kindness and friendliness will not be forgotten. That day at Ferrari-Maserati of Long Island I received the Best price by Far of any prior Maserati dealership I visited. They made my Dream of owning a New Maserati a reality. I have been buying cars for over 25 years and never did have such a Great experience. When I left that day I did not just feel as if I bought a car, I felt as if I made new friends. I was searching for a specific and hard to find car. They don't make many new GTRs and there are not an abundance of good used in the 2012+ year range. Once I found that car I had to work remotely with them - it was an exceptional experience - they were so responsive and guiding in setting up what I needed to do dealing with a multi car trade in to get into the GTR. I quickly eliminated other dealers I was working with because the price, responsiveness and direct approach with information I got from Geno had me set on purchasing from Ferarri Maserati Long Island. This dealer also was also over 2 1/2 hours further away than anyone else I was dealing with. The car looked just like and was the exact quality from the pictures they posted and every detail matched. I only wished they were not 3 - 4 hours away and out of state or I would be doing all my service work there. More
For the most part I hate dealing with car dealerships in general. If one is not well informed you are out of luck.I am a very informed person who generally buys at least one car a year. I was pleased in the manner the sales process was handled. Eric was on the ball and honest. No pressure to buy today or leave a deposit immediately.I obtained my own finance and the dealer waited for the check to be sent to me.In summary this dealership is a class act. My 2008 MB 550 is a beautiful car and is in excellent condition. More
It's unusual for me to rate anything a "Great" for all areas of a survey. However my experience with an out-of-state car purchase from Ferrari Maserati of Long Island was the exception to the rule for all areas of a survey. However my experience with an out-of-state car purchase from Ferrari Maserati of Long Island was the exception to the rule. I have spent the past 6 months looking for the Corvette of my dreams. Low and behold there it was, listed on Ebay at a Ferrari dealer no less. The listing described it as a 2005 Corvette convertible with 1387 miles on it. Could this possibly be true? It also had all the options I was looking for. I contacted Eric Molbegat at FMLI and asked all the important questions. Eric answered each and every question and even offered me a free Carfax and Autocheck report to substantiate the description of the vehicle. Eric continued to communicate with me throughout the course of the week-long transaction and even offered transportation from the airport when I flew in the pick up "THE CAR". The people at FMLI were great. All the paperwork was complete upon my arrival awaiting my signatures. The temp plates were on the car and I was on the road in less than a half an hour. Thanks to Eric and FMLI, I was cruising the highway in the car I have dreamed about for the past 30 years. Truly, this was an exceptionally smooth transaction with a Customer Service oriented dealership with professional people who enjoy what they do. More
