I brought my mercedes to Fields by default (I was to far from my usual dealer). But from the moment I met Jeff, my anxiety began to subside.
Jeff was like 3 people in one. GREAT customer service. He made my experience with Fields soooo easy. He's an asset to your organization.
I brought my car in for a milestone service and new tires. Jeff was there to help and kept me informed as problems were found. When it became obvious the service was going to take longer, he arranged a loaner Mercedes for the rest of the day, and then overnight.
The following day I went to pay the bill and pick up the car. I was nervous about how much the bill would come to! Even though it was a major service with new tires, new brake pads and rotors, a new battery and a recharge of the AC, Jeff arranged a discount off the whole bill to help us out.

Fields has set the bar so high other dealership's just can't compare. We are a first time customer at Fields and they make you feel like a long time buyer. Typical oil change and service they offer a loaner car or will pick you up when complete. Tire needed replacing they warranted a new tire. Picked up car and it was cleaned inside and washed.
