My Review of Fiesta Ford Lincoln Mecury:
I was shocked by the treatment I received at this dealership.
I caught the tech talking to some girl acrossed the street from the dealer while he was supposed to be test driving my truck. They were supposed to fix a passeger air bag rattles and reseal the rear window, niether which they did. I had to take my truck back for the window the next week.
After they attempted to seal the window I noticed the air bag was still rattling so I opened the glove box and looked up in to see if there was something I could do to fix it myself, that's when I found a green scratchy pad stuck up in my dash. I know for a fact that it was not there before because I installed an alarm system and looked there before to see if I could put the control unit up there since that is the recommended spot.
So to put a long story short they didn't fix anything they were supposed to fix. The tech used my truck for his personal errands, they did a lousy job of washing it and the service rep brushed me off when I told him about the tech acrossed the street.
The part that really upsets me is that they tried to fix my air bag rattle with a scratchy pad! This is a safety feature not just some piece of plastic that isn't tightened down properly.
