Very disappointing experience with Fiesta Auto Group / Santa Fe Hyundai. We purchased a Mitsubishi that later developed issues, and after Fiesta closed the Mitsubishi dealership, we were redirected for Santa Fe Hyundai. When we reached out to Santa Fe Hyundai, Colleen’s tone made me feel like I couldn’t afford the vehicle, which was upsetting and unnecessary—especially after being told we’d receive a “killer deal.” The vehicle was advertised at $45,627, but after mandatory add-ons and markups, the price increased by thousands more than advertised, which was not disclosed upfront.
