Had a great experience (except for so much driving b’tween home & the dealership) buying, trading back in and purchasing a different Outback (Ltd.) all within a week or so. I have to say that the staff made dealing with the complicated process seem like some fairy godmother waved a her wand & made things work flawlessly! We waited a while a couple of times, but the facility is so pleasant and accommodating that it wasn’t a big deal. We REALLY appreciated the the side-by-side protected unloading/loading space for getting stuff from the old to the new vehicles! More

I enjoyed working with Nate at Fiesta Subaru. I was looking at a used 2023 Forester Touring they had in their inventory. I had looked at online. Nate showed me, and had me drive it. My 2024 Suburu Crosstrek had just hit 1000 miles brand new after 1 month from purchase when the engine blew leaving me stranded 130 miles away from home….I thought Suburu’s were supposed to be reliable…ev new after 1 month from purchase when the engine blew leaving me stranded 130 miles away from home….I thought Suburu’s were supposed to be reliable…even the cheapest car I can think of can surpass that millage brand new…would not recommend. Very courteous and helpful staff. Our only issue was having to wait a month for replacement part to come in. But then I am very partial to the older Forester's as well as the 2020 model. More
