The customer service at the Service and Parts department is top notch. I also love the fact that they have a couple of enclosed spaces that can be used while waiting. Service was quick & efficient. I was updated regularly on the progress of the service being done. Todd Cubero was great! I received the same excellent service from Travis Aguilar & the finance department whe the progress of the service being done. Todd Cubero was great! Nathan has restored my extended family's faith in Acura and initiated mine, that is at least at Findlay. We were definitely an Acura extended family until my experience with my 2016 Acura purchase and subsequence service history (or NON warranty service history). Nathan has us back at Findlay for all service alerts from our Acurs's and perhaps updating our Acura ownership. That would be a "for sure, immediately: for one family member if Nathan were the sells person - for now we'll "wait n see". Thank you Nathan for correcting my brake issue, resolving my battery problem and servicing my vehicle with courtesy and respect. Thank you Findly for training and hiring him, he is a gem. More

Upon returning to my home town dealer for another oil change I reviewed prior service records only to find out the transmission services had been performed only 6,000 miles prior. Even contacting Acura corporate has yielded very little except an apology. While I've owned an Acura since 1988, this will most likely be my last one. More

This is my 3rd car with Acura simply because the great customer service I receive here. Oscar, who is the parts manager, is hilarious and very knowledgeable about his job. He makes sure my car is taken care of and not pulling false repair out the air to gain extra money. I can go to anyone at Findley Acura and they are egar to help and make sure im being taken care of.
