I took my car to Findlay Acura to get it checked out and my service Rep Veleda English took great care of me. She helped me narrow down the problem with my car so that Andrew you resolve it. She was extremely patient and helpful with all my questions and addressed all my concerns of what was going on with my car, while also ensuring I was able to get to my appointments while my car was being repaired. If you want great service with honest information and feedback then ask for Veleda English for your service representative....she's AWESOME! More

I’m always excited to spruce up my MDX and gladly visit their Parts Dept. Everyone in Parts is amazing but I usually work with the Parts Manager, Oscar. He is always very professional, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond with any requests I have. Happy customer! More

Great Experience Best Acura dealer in town for sure! I usually deal with their service dept often and they are always great. Recently I had a huge issue with my TL and Best Acura dealer in town for sure! I usually deal with their service dept often and they are always great. Recently I had a huge issue with my TL and the paint job. Just didn't seem right that an Acura paint job would only last for such a short period of time even here living in the Heat. Something was definitely off. Long story short, Cotporate was giving me a really hard time so I decided to try this Dealer. I was able to speak with the Parts Manager Oscar and after explaining my issue and the trouble I was having with Corporate, Oscar just completely too my issue as if it was his own and helped me find a resolution that will now allow me to keep enjoying my Awesome Acura TL. With the crappy Customer Service that seems to be the norm these days I was seriously impressed with how Oscar went above and beyond to ensure I remained a satisfied and loyal Acura customer. Great Experience. THANK YOU. More
waste of my time and money Worst buying experience in my life. Absolutely horrible. Only positive part was their sales person. Purchased 2016 MDX certified with 7000 miles fo Worst buying experience in my life. Absolutely horrible. Only positive part was their sales person. Purchased 2016 MDX certified with 7000 miles for 46.000 $. As soon as I left their parking lot the car started shaking. After few days stopped at their dealersip. Reason for shaking - all tires were defective. Really ? How is it possible for certified car who passed 150 point inspection to have defective tires? It was so noticable . How they didnt see that during inspection to get veichle certified? After that another (BIG) problem. Back Air Condition started blowing hot air. Also inside the car was strong mold odor. Took my car again to service department and they said "air conditioning system is functioning properly ". When i noted that front AC is 70 F and back AC 66 F RIGHT NOW and back air is still WARMER than front one they said "THIS IS NORMAL FOR ACURA" !! Couldn't believe that! Never had this problem with my past Acuras`s. After that took my 3 kids for trip to Arizona and back AC was showing temperature of 63 F and air was still warmer than front one which was 71 F !!! Stopped by their service center again explaining them that this is becoming worse and worse. Got the same answer - " we can not duplicate problem, air in the back supposed to be "little" warmer than front one. When i told them that air is becoming very hot only after 1-2 hours of driving they said that is "unusual" !! Problem is that i live far from their center and had to take 3 times days off from my work to go there. Lost money and time. Finally, after 3 months of trying to convince this guys about my problem i went to different dealership, they saw the problem,ordered parts and now my vehicle is working properly as it should. Cold air in front and back. Even strong mold odor that was present since day one when AC was ON disappeared completely. But after this bad experience, the only advise i could give you is: Stay away! They are not professionals, they do not care about their customers. It took me 3 months to fix my 46 k $ veichle. 3 months of driving the new car with broken AC during hot summer months. More
Worst deal for your money Hello fellow reviewers , let me drop this summarized version of my experience . So I purchased a certified vehicle back in May of 2017 with these guys Hello fellow reviewers , let me drop this summarized version of my experience . So I purchased a certified vehicle back in May of 2017 with these guys . Originally my loan was done incorrectly and with other consent . I was able to get that fixed but shortly after all the service issues started happening . I have taken my car back several times to seek service and the all keeps being dropped . I have had the front and rear brakes replaced on a "certified " vehicle and my valves make noise when I start my vehicle now . Along with those issues my batterie has also been replaced after a few months with the car and sought to get it replaced by them based on my experience . Of course I was brushed off with talk about fine print on paper about what is covered and not . I get it , normal wear and tear . I expected a better experience with the purchase of a certified vehicle with the dealer but upon this experience I urge you to save your trip to see them here . Their service is a joke and is poorly managed . Look elsewhere for your car because once they've got you sold they don't care . Happy hunting More

I don't want my care to need any work done to it soon, but if it does, I'll be ok with it because I know that I will be going to see Ty at Findlay Acura right away. The dealership was clean and accommodating. The work on my car was done right away and I was not pressured in any fashion by anyone. This is how car dealerships and their employees should all be.
