Donna Gallo needs a 5plus-As a deal maker, I still get confused why so many steps are needed to make a deal-why not have financing do the parameters then have sales do the car fit? Would save a lot of time-

Considered buying a new honda for a couple of months. Test drove other manfacture by always came back to Honda. Jeff Ford was excellent in answering all my questions/concerns. I even went back a couple of times and he was very helpful. John Landes sold the vehicle to me with limited amount of the back and forth scenairo. This was the shortest time I actually was involved in a car price negotiation. An hour and a half later, I was pretty much signing on the dotted line. Finance person was quick and competent. No curves xxxxx on the contact. I was please with the trade in on my 2009 and the out the door price. Everything was up front. I attended a New Car owner workshop about three month after I bought the car. Fantastic presentation as well as team. I haven't needed service yet but I am sure I will not be dissapointed. Overall...GREAT DELERSHIP, STAFF AND CAR!...I don't do surveys too ofter but this was important because I read enough ratings when I decided to buy Honda.

I bought a new Honda CRV AWD. I went in with information on pricing from Edmunds.com and they gave me the True Market Value price for the car. It was quick and cooperative. I received exactly the car that I wanted at the right price. I was very positively impressed.

Tyler contacted me by text.I told him what I was looking for. In one day he not only found one but it was red my favorite color. Everything was done by text.I drove to Flag.walked in and there it was perfect ready for me to drive home.Signed the papers they were all ready and waiting for me as promised.In an out in 30 mins.! Initially, I was only driving thru the dealership to check out the "used" vehicles with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. And, I never considered purchasing a Honda--was looking for something else. BUT....when Tyler convinced me to take the CRV for a drive---i fell in love right away!! Has extra "perks" that makes driving a vehicle for long distances much nicer such as the sun roof and 6-disk CD changer...but, hey-----the MPG--wow!!!! I set the cruise on 65 and from Flag to Gallup--averaged 41.4 MPG!!!! I had to look 3 times to make sure I only used 4.4 gallons to drive 185 miles!! Thanks guys...for making my life more pleasant!! liz

came in to have the oil changed on my 2010 civic and was looking at
the new cars while waiting. John came up to me and started chatting
and showing me several of the vehicles I was interested in. This is
how I knew I wanted my new accord. John was very nice,personable,
and patient with me. I am happy with the car, the process, and the
deal I received. This is actually the first time I have purchased a vehicle
that I am completely satisfied and happy with the total process and everyone
involved .

I have to say that everyone at the Findlay Honda Dealership was AWESOME. They continuously went above and beyond to make this the best experience of buying a new car possible. Everyone was just amazing and all I can say is THANKS!! You guys are great and lets go out for beers to celebrate my new beautiful SUV. It drives like a dream.

I am amazed at your level of service! They are knowledgeable, very polite and honest. It took way too long however for mechanics to find the real problem, and more money than expected to finally solve the problem. Hopefully this problem has finally been solved as I had a moment of considering using someone else. You service writers however with honesty saved my decision do go elsewhere. Enough so that I convinced my husband to purchase a new Honda Crosstour!
