This was the first time entering honda with a lease oil maintenance that I was presented with $1100 in maintenance suggestions. Majority of employees drinking their Starbucks beverages, so I do not know when they start assisting customers. I had to approach to discuss anything about my future leasing or trading in for a future lease. I have been leasing with honda for approximately 11 or 12 years. My past 2 experiences is leading me to believe this will be my last. More

a month ago I came in for service. The service spotted an issue with a control arm, I asked if that part was covered under warranty.
