Firstly our car said it was time for service but when my wife went in she was told it wasn’t due. We get 3 years 36k miles service as part of the purchase but it’s like pulling teeth to use it. Grant is wonderful and always goes out of his way to accommodate my needs. As for the dealership, I hate to be hassled by the salesmen every time I take my car in for service and the technicians have ma accommodate my needs.
