Dropped off my car for service. Had my dog with me. Was told pets were not allowed. Allowed to drive home with my dog however subsequent days I had to use alternate means. Brought back the loaner and was told I would have to pay $350 detailing. Ridiculous, a few dog hairs from the ride home. Had to return again and requested an email stating the dealership would not charge a detailing fee. More

I always get impeccable service on my Ioniq 5 when I take it to Findlay Hyundai in Prescott. My service tech, Grant, was very friendly and professional.
