I used to have distrust for dealership’s auto services because I always thought that they try to upsell you or manipulate you but Jamie completely made me have a 360 on my perspective because he was so helpful and transparent about everything and did amazing on explaining everything to me who isn’t as auto savvy. This was my 1st experience with Findlay Toyota service, as I have recently relocated to Henderson. I didn't take advantage of the drop-off and pick-up service, but my next service I definitely will.
