I brought our Rav4 in for a regular service and wheel alignment last week. Not only did the service take over three hours to complete, but it took 50 minutes to get the car after I was told it was ready alignment last week. Not only did the service take over three hours to complete, but it took 50 minutes to get the car after I was told it was ready and "I'm just waiting on the paperwork." Furthermore, while Findlay internally noted that the oil pan access panel was loose, this was not communicated to me verbally or in the paperwork I was given. Clearly no attempt to secure the panel was made, as it began dragging on the ground within days of the service. When the car was brought back to replace the panel, I was blamed for the issue rather than the shop taking responsibility for their negligence. We have bought our last two cars from this location and have had all of our services performed there; they will receive no further business from us. More
The oil change was fine and went just as expected. But there was one technician pushing hard for us to buy a new set of tires. It was off-putting. But you need to back away from hight pressure sales pitches for things your customers don't actually need. Behavior like this is why so many people distrust and even hate car dealers. More

Was scheduled for an appointment. It was cancelled due to overbook. Not notified until I arrived at the dealership. I used to praise this dealership, not so more. Please call customers in advance if you know there is going to be a problem with scheduling. My appointment was late in the day, so there was plenty of time to get notified. More
