I bought a new Camry SE in November 2003 (a 2004) at Findlay Toyota. My wife loved the car, but let me drive it sometimes. My son is still driving it and she has an Avalon. I still use my mom's (RIP) 20 Findlay Toyota. My wife loved the car, but let me drive it sometimes. My son is still driving it and she has an Avalon. I still use my mom's (RIP) 2000 Camry for economy around town so I don't have to drive my pickup. My advise, get a Toyota and get it serviced at Findlay. Zach will take care you. More

Gerard was very helpful and informed me of all the work that would be done regarding my 20000 maintenance. He also explained to me that my suv has a recall which they didn't have the part in, but will noti that would be done regarding my 20000 maintenance. I am not recommending Findlay Toyota Henderson NV . They lied to us me and my husband wanted to trade our chevrolet truck to Tacoma truck we where asking 42k for our truck according to some research They lied to us me and my husband wanted to trade our chevrolet truck to Tacoma truck we where asking 42k for our truck according to some research and a couple other dealers offer, we went to Toyota Henderson they offered us 43k and they told us we will save tax for around 4k if we buy from them so we took deal . When the time comes to sign paperwork, the number they told us before was different. So they took our truck for 39k !!!! In order to match the number with 43k. have been promised they added an extra 4k to the loan they loaned us 4k to look like they're giving us 43k for our truck??? We keep asking and arguing about that they were telling us, "Are you Chinese?" And they were telling us it is very simple why you guys don't understand?? They were NOT giving us an understandable explanation. Basically, they said it is tax different!! What !!! First of all, they told us in the beginning we will save 4k tax, then we have been charged $1447 tax. Why did they add an extra 4k at the ends separately .it doesn't make sense after all they gave us $1000 back wich no make any difference we are very upset for this trick they should tell us we will take your truck for 39k period not making us think they giving us more than the other dealer gave us and we save 4k frome tax . That was a lie More

I have dealt with Findley Toyota in Henderson on several occasions. I have purchased two vehicles from them. Both times it was a pleasant experience. Most recently I took my Highlander into their shop for a occasions. I have purchased two vehicles from them. Both times it was a pleasant experience. Most recently I took my Highlander into their shop for a trouble light coming on. They swiftly took care of it for a very reasonable price because it was not covered under the warranty. No pressure to upsell services to me. I used to dread shopping for a new vehicle because it has been my past experience that salespeople are usually like vultures. As soon as you wonder onto their lot, they are laser-focused on selling you something whether you want it or not. If not, they treat you like you must be stupid. This has never been the case at Findley Toyota in Henderson. If you go there look up Sam, he was great to work with and a very nice guy. Even after I bought and paid for my vehicle, he said to call him if I ever needed any help from him. So, I did when I was having trouble getting it registered and he did indeed help me. When I took my car in for service Sam recognized me (two years later) and came over to talk with me. Again, offering his services if I needed any help with anything and asked if the service Dept was treating me right. Not to mention that Toyotas are very reliable vehicles if you take care of them.
