Best Toyota dealership in town! James and Tai were extremely helpful and assisted me in buying my first car. My family is a long-time Toyota family so of course, I had to come here James and Tai were extremely helpful and assisted me in buying my first car. My family is a long-time Toyota family so of course, I had to come here and purchase my first hybrid vehicle. I waited almost 6 months for my Camry to arrive and it was very worth it! Everyone is caring and kind and is happy to help and answer any questions you may have. The service center is clean and organized and they help right away. Customer service was seriously lacking, from communication to accountability. Purchased a new vehicle and on shipment of vehicle was damaged prior to arriving on lot (things happen - I completel communication to accountability. Purchased a new vehicle and on shipment of vehicle was damaged prior to arriving on lot (things happen - I completely understand) but how this was handled was not. I was not appraised of situation until I had already put deposits down, traveled to get the vehicle. This was compounded by the fact that the sales manager never addressed the situation to take accountability for it and notify me as the customer what had gone wrong, to only brush the situation off as "not a big deal" when you are buying an over $90,000 vehicle brand new car with large scratches, dents and broken moonroof is a big deal especially when you are paying an over $8000 dealer mark up from MSRP. Once I was told it was fixed and ready to go, they failed to inform me that the moon roof hadn't been replace and would take 3 months to do. Chai is the best salesman a customer can ever ask for. From 2021 to 2023 he's helped me by keeping me updated when a Supra comes available. I was able to buy a 2022 Supra and then a year later traded it i From 2021 to 2023 he's helped me by keeping me updated when a Supra comes available. I was able to buy a 2022 Supra and then a year later traded it in for a 2023 Manual Supra. Amazing customer service, very friendly and always keeping me informed.
