We just had our 2019 Toyota Rav4 serviced (brake fluid change and wheel alignment) and the experience was great as usual. Our service advisor, Matt Stanley, continues to provide awesome service (provided change and wheel alignment) and the experience was great as usual. Our vehicle was completed and washed and delivered at the exact time that was promised. We have been doing business with this dealer for six years (leased two vehicles and purchased the last one) and our experience has always been five stars! We will continue to do business with this dealership for service and future sales or leases. Also, the facility is very spacious and always clean and they provide complimentary coffee (with several choices). I’ve always had amazing experience with Toyota. This last service was one of the reasons I keep coming back to them. I had an issue with the car that they found while doing my regular service visit, which is something I financially was not ready for since we just came back from a big vacation. When I explained my situation to our service advisor Justin Michela, he did his best to help me out to get the job done at a rate I can afford. Since my husband was getting his car serviced, he gave him the regular service discount and he was very transparent about the wait times for both services. It was an excellent experience overall. More
