Went to leave on errand and appointments when my RAV4 had a dead battery and wouldn't start or accept charging. Car was towed into dealer about 12:30 and was repaired and maintenance perform to be ready by 4 a dead battery and wouldn't start or accept charging. I went into Findlay Toyota in early October 2022 looking for a new RAV4. I spoke with Ken Kemp and found out there were none to be had but they were expecting a shipment at the end of the month or the begi for a new RAV4. I spoke with Ken Kemp and found out there were none to be had but they were expecting a shipment at the end of the month or the beginning of November and if I would put down $500.00, I would have first choice. I have never been to Finley Toyota I walked up to a service manager named Justin Michaela and explained my problem and that man jumped right in and said he would do the best he can. He always kept in t service manager named Justin Michaela and explained my problem and that man jumped right in and said he would do the best he can. He always kept in touch with me and had the most professional service that I could ask for. He gave me an option and it was too expensive and he did everything he could to help me which in the end solve my problem. What I can say is if anybody needs a service advisor Justin is the man to see I will recommend him highly he’s the best. I also talk to his manager Brian and told him what a great job he did. I bought a 2007 Solara Convertible and a 2013 Corolla from this dealership and was completely happy both times.
