My wife just drove off the lot in her new 2022 Corolla Cross. With the auto industry being what it currently is, John worked hard to track down the vehicle she wanted. As one who hates shopping for a new car and spending half a day or more after you have said, yes! (doing paperwork). I was very pleased to finally find a dealership, Findlay Toyota, quick and professional fr a day or more after you have said, yes! (doing paperwork). I was very pleased to finally find a dealership, Findlay Toyota, quick and professional from the start to the end. With my purchase I wanted to keep my old wheels (mags) and the service department was just as quick and professional getting this task done and at no cost. It honestly only took 15 mins in their finance dept. All in all from the saleman, John Gartrell with help from Iman, TJ and Jordan in service dept it was a pleasant change from past experiences. More

It took Findlay 22 days to make a simple repair to my RAV4 liftgate. After a week waiting for parts to come in they dropped the ball and forgot about the car for 2 weeks. So from diagnosis (which cost $7 RAV4 liftgate. After a week waiting for parts to come in they dropped the ball and forgot about the car for 2 weeks.
