With their concierge service for home to home pickup and dropoff and constant communications I have been relaxed with the knowledge of being cared for as a valued consumer. I am very satisfied with my Corolla performance, comfort, safety and style. ZERO recalls also and how many vehicles can say that now with all the problems cropping up industry wide? Dealership tried to steal my tax credit when making a purchase. I told them I wanted 47k so they offered 44k + 3k in tax credit, as if somehow that belonged to them. Tried to pull the bait and switch on a car order. Everyone knows cars salesman have a bad name. There are some good ones who are honest. This Gentleman is not, you can’t pull a bait and switch and take 12000 deposit after 3 months. I had all the documents and texts showing the costs and then a new document for an increase of 5000! This gentleman stated I didn’t have a signed contract, this is false. They provided the documents then changed them 3 months later. The dealer did end up giving me the car but added 300.00 and a ride from the airport. I did have an attorney that does auto dealer fraud ready, but they corrected their actions. More
