I am kinda disappointed with the service they provided when I visited them 2 weeks ago. I was assisted by Moises. He's easy to talk to and straightforward which I liked. But for some reason it looks like they did not do tire rotation service when in fact that's part of what I paid. Now I wonder what other services they did not do. I waited for more than 3 hours which was fine with me, I even told them to take their time as long as they do the car maintenance and services well but only to find out myself they skip the tire rotation services. Wondering and alarmed now what other services did they skipped that I paid for? More
