I dropped my jeep off to get fixed after taking it to another dealership twice and them giving it back to me saying they couldn't recreate it so there was nothing they could do. Peter in the service dep another dealership twice and them giving it back to me saying they couldn't recreate it so there was nothing they could do. Peter in the service department went above and beyond to take time looking into the problem, running tests, believing that what I was saying was true and coming up with a solution, I feel confident now with all the tests he did. He kept me updated, was very friendly and demonstrated wonderful customer service. He made the experience great considering how frustrated I was for many months before. More
