My service and appointment booking experience at this location has been bad till now. Purchased my Highlander at this dealership back in Feb 2021 and went there for my 5k service soon after they gave t location has been bad till now. Purchased my Highlander at this dealership back in Feb 2021 and went there for my 5k service soon after they gave the checklist that had all ticks, and mentioned tire pressure has been reset to 35 even, while picking up the car the service advisor specifically pointed out that they took care of the tire rotation and tire pressure has been reset all even to 35 without even me asking the question. Finally when i get into the car and check the pressures are all uneven each a different number. so even the one simple thing they claimed they did perfect is done wrong so, i cant trust they did anything else correctly? not sure if they rotated the tires they said they did. Tried calling them to schedule my 10k service appt and the service center lady was pretty rude stating that they were fully booked and i can take the next appointment for the next thursday (sounded more like take it or leave it). More

Fitzgerald Toyota Service is the best! Every time I take my car for service there I have a great experience. Pat Nugent is fantastic. He always takes care of me and is prompt and courteous. My comments concern Mr. Jesse Segovia in your service department, who has assisted me on some of my most complicated service visits over the recent years. Whatever the issue or news, he always goes above and beyond to ensure: 1) I'm back on the road quickly (I use my car for work) 2) I'm fully informed regarding what is happening with my vehicle and the nature of the problem 3) I'm satisfied with the service. 4) He has stayed late to accommodate me, worked around my schedule, and made sure I had a loaner with space enough for all of my work equipment. Customer Service of this caliber is what keeps me coming back to Fitzgerald. This is a person you really want to keep. I definitely do! Best regards, Jennifer K More
All around excellent experience Dealing with a broken down car is not a good situation to deal with. And the truth is i have no faith I wont be taken advantage of. However, at Fitzgerald's I found this experience to be pretty much as good as it gets. I was helped by Josh mostly in the service department, and he was a pleasure to work with. Communicated with me often and simply. No fluff or nonsense, just the good, the bad and what my options were. Offered advice and supplemental help above and beyond the specific repairs they were taking care of. They did it VERY quickly and had me back in my car well before the expectations they originally had set. And I needed a new engine, not just a few brakes and a timing belt or something. They had the car back to me within a week, set me up with a decent rental car. But most of all, made sure i understood, was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Ignoring the circumstances, a very pleasurable experience. More

Has Potential to be Good I brought my car in to address window weatherstripping that was peeling on the front passenger side window which was covered under warranty. Upon revi I brought my car in to address window weatherstripping that was peeling on the front passenger side window which was covered under warranty. Upon review of the finished work when I arrived home, I discovered that there were dents/scratch and super glue used to repair my side mirror since it was necessary to remove it in order to replace the weatherstrip. Drove right back to the service center where the Service Manager assured me it will be resolved. Fast forward a week later, my mirror was replaced and the dents and scratches were made invisible after they took the car back in for half a day and provided a loaner. The Assistant Service Manager I worked with during both trips demonstrated he understood my pain points and sought to make things right. More

They could not find the leak and I discovered a few days later that they left the tire they were testing way overinflated. On my 2nd visit, they did some extensive break work and I had checked the box to give me the old parts but that wasn't done and I didn't realize it until later. My confidence in these guys is low. Going to try another dealer for my next service. More
