Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I stated that I had an appointment in a few hours and was told I would be out in plenty of time. After 2 hours, I haven’t heard from any yesterday. I stated that I had an appointment in a few hours and was told I would be out in plenty of time. After 2 hours, I haven’t heard from anyone. I text them saying I needed my car in 15-20 min. I was asked if I needed my car and I said, yes. She walked away. I got up and figured I needed to go where I drove in. I stood there while a guy drove my car up outside the bay door. He came in, dropped my keys in my hand and walked away without saying a word. I stood there feeling awkward…after a few awkward minutes I asked him if I needed to sign anything. He said, “not that I know of”. Then the gal who checked me in came in and said I could leave. I asked if anything had been done to the car, and I was told, no. I turn and walked out. I came home and made an appointment at a local car repair/tire place to service my car there. I drove 30 min to the dealership and did not appreciate how I was treated. I have always taken my cars to dealerships for service but not anymore. Won’t go back there unless I have to. More
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Service was a complete nightmare and a major headache. I was not informed of any charges prior to any work being done. Evan after keeping my vehicle for 2 weeks and charging me a total of over $200.00, neither issue that it was there for was actually resolved. They, per usual, claim they cannot imitate the sounds I described to them and also showed them videos of. Literally as I pulled away after paying the bill, it was making those same sounds. The service advisor had a very bad attitude every time I would ask any sort of question. The only time he lost the attitude was when I wasn't asking any questions. I haven't bought a vehicle from Five Star Chevy or had any service done there either in over 12-15 years. I was very quickly reminded why that is. I honestly tried to convince myself that since it had been so long that maybe the company had changed. That is in fact not the case. I will not be returning, and I will also be leaving my honest opinion and sharing my terrible experience with friends, family, and the BBB. More
Customer service is horrible. I had to call initially for a status update on my car. The service technician was rude. I was charged $250 for them to tell me that a plug was loose after I had just had my car there a couple days ago for an oil change and the car was driving fine. There is so much more I can say but just know that I will NEVER take my car back to this establishment or recommend them to anyone! More

I brought my vehicle in and paid $200+ for a diagnostic test and was given a quote for over $4000 in repairs. I then took my vehicle to another shop for a second inspection and paid for another diagnostic test and was given a quote for over $4000 in repairs. I then took my vehicle to another shop for a second inspection and paid for another diagnostic test and was told there was not a single thing wrong with my vehicle. So very disappointed with the dishonesty at the dealership. More
I had the occasion (for the 2nd time) to have Eric Daniels as a Service Advisor on December 23, 2023. I brought my vehicle in to have an oil change, but after speaking with Eric, I decided to have t Daniels as a Service Advisor on December 23, 2023. I brought my vehicle in to have an oil change, but after speaking with Eric, I decided to have the full service he recommended. I found Eric to have great polished people skills, he communicates effectively, and has a very professional demeanor. He took the time to check in with me frequently to let me know the progress of the service. When the service was complete, he explained in detail all of the items that had been serviced. If the occasion ever became necessary, I would highly recommend him to all of my family and friends. More
There are 2 ladies I'd like to brag about, Casey and Jenn. These two went above and beyond to help me with my truck being serviced. My truck was in the shop over 5 weeks and the lack of communication fr Jenn. These two went above and beyond to help me with my truck being serviced. My truck was in the shop over 5 weeks and the lack of communication from the service department is something else. Casey put me in touch with Jenn and the ball started moving. Within 3 days of Jenn looking into the issue my truck was fixed. THANK YOU JENN and CASEY for a job well done!!!!! More
