I happened to mention another issue, with no expectation it could be addressed. I was blown away when Sean indicated, the service clinicians could address that issue as well! In addition to their kindness, these service professionals have a comforting and highly competent presence. Sean and his team delivered, BIG TIME! I don’t know how Subaru identifies and hires their service professionals. They bring to the table an interactive style that cannot be trained.
