Went to this dealer for a used 2005 Nissan 350Z 35th Anniversary Edition. Checked around Cars.com and Autotrader.com and found Herb Chambers' Smart Price was fair so I didn't try to negotiate. They did deduct additional $400 from the Smart Price due to the "internet coupon". I never had to present the coupon as that would seem stupid. But overall the price was pretty fair, if not a steal. Worked with Tai on the sales. Since I didn't need to negotiate, the transaction was pretty smooth. Tai was courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions and hooked me up with the Sirius radio. After that I moved to the Finance department and worked with Gil. Gil was pretty courteous too, but could be pushy in selling the extended warranty. No biggie, all dealers are like that. Walked out of the dealership within couple hours (including test drive). Picked up the car 3 days later. I am enjoying my car and this car-buying expensive so I would recommend Flagship Motors. More

The dealership stayed in touch with me over the course of the past nine months with various inventory and options. Finally, last month, the 1.99% financing deal and a 2006 E Class that fit my needs came together. John Barber was great at working the deal to a successful outcome for all. I felt like my needs and concerns were met and that the Herb Chambers team (Jayme Middleton, Frank, Mark, and Joe) cared about making me a satisfied customer. I liked the sales team so much that I even brought my wife's car in for service at Flagship.
