Mostly excellent I drive a 2015 S63. Upon arriving “Greater” ignored me. And acknowledged three other cars before me. I told him I had an appointment with John. He dis I drive a 2015 S63. He disappeared and came back a couple minutes later and said “wait here.” After waiting several minutes I left my car and went and found John. John helped me immediately and provided excellent service. Everything from this point on was excellent. FYI, I arrived at the service car line at about 8:56am on Friday May 11th for a 9am appointment. More
