A sales representative, Lorna, was prompt, efficient, friendly and sincere. She was not pushy and did not pressure me in any way. Because I was involved in a bad car accident recently, I dreaded searching for a replacement car. Lorna helped me to become enthusiastic about my first Mercedes Benz! All the other staff members were very courteous and helpful too.

I bought a car from Fletcher Jones on 03/04/2013 I had a great experience with all of the people that handled my purchase from the 1st person I talked to and the last person who thanked me for my purchase.

I can not recall all the names but each and everyone of them where very courteous and welcoming than the next. My main contact was Martin Sung and he listened to my wants and needs very closely and provided me with what wanted.

I would highly recommended Fletcher Jones when you want to buy your next car.

My smartphone suddenly lost the connection and was not way to get it back working. I went to Fletcher Jones and Joshua Evans came to help me. He diligently rebooted my BB and it was pairing with my car. Thank You for your good job!

I was cold-called by their telemarketing team to "sell back" the CLS550 I leased from FJ about 1yr ago. I said, ok I'll come in for a quote since I've been considering downsizing vehicles. Went in, met with my old Sales Advisor Don Andrade, who is great also. Then was introduced to Martin to help us pick our new [potential] vehicle. We took about 3-4hrs just to nail down the right car! Martin was extremely patient, skipped the normal salesman routine with me and really helped me narrow down the right car. Towards the end Martin was able to have me re-test drive a few cars back-to-back which helped me ultimately (finally) decide. When it came to the deal and pricing, I consider myself a no-nonsense tough negotiator and felt that Martin was really on my side. I ended up highly satisfied with the deal, and met my objectives financially and drove home in my new car! Highly recommend Martin!

We have bought three vehicles from JB in the past two years. In all cases we are very satisfied with his sincerity and willingness to spend considerable amounts of time with us and help guide us through the decsion making process. He has even gone so far as to deliver the vehicle to our home after the sale in one case. Our overall experience with FJ Mercedes is tha they are Great Salespeople first, that is to be expected. But FJ Mercedes is also a wonderful dealership for the customer after the sale. Hands down a great experience for us, before, during and after the purchases.

Well, it was a great experience at Fletcher Jones dealing with Mike Ramish and Sam. Initially i din't knew what car i wanted but they guided me very well which was very helpful in allowing me to choose the car i wanted within my budget. Especially Mike would, make you go nuts with his no.'s i donno what backend magic he does but he will get you the car you wanted with the crazzy no.'s. He answered all our questions completely and was very friendly and extremely well mannered.I felt very happy throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Mike and Sam for World high class car buying experience

They were very helpful because I moved to Dallas and needed a car ASAP, and the had the exact car I wanted shipped out to me within a week, and had the California license plates over nighted. I thought it would be a stressful, lengthy process, but they made it easy and efficient. Great work.

This is the second MBZ we have purdchased from Fletcher-Jones and Dean Pontikos, and we llike it even better than the first one. The staff, Dean anad Daniela in particular, went out of their way to make sure we got the car we wanted. All iin all it was as pleasant and low-stress as buying a car can be.
