My daughter lives in Las Vegas and I live in New Hampshire. Her father lives in Louisiana - so when her car broke down for good, we were both too far away to help her in her search for a car. We were truly at the mercy of the dealerships there in Las Vegas... I called and spoke with Larry Francis because he was the person my ex had been speaking with regarding a Toyota that would work for her. We were blown away by how helpful and considerate Larry Francis and Beth Kittelson were! Larry went above and beyond what an average salesperson does... He actually picked my daughter up because she didn't have a way to the dealership! He was the most considerate and helpful salesperson I have ever worked with! I can't say enough good things about our experience with this dealership... We were so blessed that when my ex picked that phone number to call in Las Vegas, that it was Fletcher Jones Toyota!!! And, then to have two amazing people like Larry & Beth help us through the nerve-wracking job of getting just the right vehicle for our daughter so far away - PRICELESS!! I can't wait to come visit my daughter so I can come by and thank you both in person! We wound up with a beautiful 2010 Toyota Corolla, and are resting easier about our daughter traveling in a reliable and safe vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership!!

I have been a Toyota owner for the past 20 years and I bought my present Toyota Solara from Fletcher Jones Toyota, Las Vegas in 2006. Even though my experience with Fletcher Jones from the purchase UPTO now has been far from pleasant, I continued to patronize Fletcher Jones because of the convenience of it's proximity to my place of employment. Today will be the very last time I would patronize this establishment and this will be the last Toyota I would own. Complaining to Customer Service has been a waste of time because all they do is come up with excuses for their lack of professionalism, honesty, and intergity, or avoid giving an answer altogether. I for one will make sure, moving forward that I would spread the word about Fletcher Jones very loudly through all avenues available to me, whether it be soclal media or word of mouth, to ensure that none of my friends or associates would have to experience it.

Larry Francis? Who is Larry? Let me tell ya! This guy is so AWESOME! I have bought many of cars in my life time but nothing compared to how Larry has treated us. It was personal and professional. I felt like he really cared about the cars he sells by the info he had so much knowledge of. He also cared about us. He remembered my name and even recognized my voice and called me by name without me telling him who was on the phone. It would take to long to list all the things he has done for us in buying this car. I can simply put it as... he got the job done in the most pleasant way possible. Larry received a perfect rating from me because he did everything so perfect for me. This is by far the best sales man I have ever dealt with and the best dealership I have been too.

My husband and myself were very pleased with the service we received on purchase of our new Toyota and with Larry Francis our sales person. Everything moved along smoothly from the test drive to the signing of the paperwork. We were also impressed with the fact Larry followed up with us the day after to see if we had any questions. We were encouraged to call if we had any questions what so ever and if he didn't have the answer he would get the answer, The service department also called to afirm when we were to bring the vehicle back for service. We found Larry great to work with and thank him for making the experience of buying a new vehicle a very pleasant one. We would highly recommendd Flecher Jones Toyota.

Purchasing a newer car and trading in an older model can be a worrisome and stressful proposition. But our experience with Larry and Beth in the internet sales office was a pleasure from the git-go. They are Midwestern transplants who treated these Midwestern transplants (senior citizens) in the best way possible. We were very happy with the way they do business and the dealership as a whole. If you are looking for sales people who know both their business and how to treat people, then we will highly recommend Larry and Beth. And we are very happy with the quality and condition of the car we purchased. All in all it was a great experience and we are very pleased.

I'm very impressed with LARRY FRANCIS service, the business and communications with Larry was not for one day, we communicated for more than a week, when i filled comfortable with Larry Francis response i tell my wife: -This guy is very honest person, lets do the appointment with him- I filled happy Larry Francis was the person Fletcher Jones Toyota have for me! My wife and I own 3 Toyota vehicles. I made a reservation for my wife's Highlander for an oil change with a Fletcher Jones complimentary coupon. It took approximately 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and window repair which in reality, it was not necessary. However, 3 1/2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous.
