A completely seamless and super convenient transaction to get my preferred vehicle. I called about a vehicle the day before Christmas Eve and spoke with Jason, who Facetimed a virtual tour of the car. He sai get my preferred vehicle. I called about a vehicle the day before Christmas Eve and spoke with Jason, who Facetimed a virtual tour of the car. He said he'd send paperwork if I was ready to buy. Called to follow up and confirm my decision the following Monday and spoke with Nick Maiello, who offered to drive the car to my home (90 miles away!), bring the paperwork and complete the sale. Five hours later, I had a new car in my driveway. These guys really go above and beyond, and they're honest, personable and lots of fun to work with. Saved me the hassle of visits to the dealership. I couldn't be happier with the sales process, the wonderful, trustworthy staff and the vehicle. Just a total pleasure. More

No hard sell, no hidden fees and I came away with total confidence in the service department. This confidence was born out by a subsequent visit to the service staff. Only negative was the time it took to get the second key from another Flood auto dealer. This took several weeks. Not enough to lower this from a five-star review. I would highly recommend Flood Mazda and Flood in general to anyone looking for a new or used car. By far my best car buying experience in 40 years. Keep up the great work. More
