SLEAZIEST establishment among an already sleazy group-used car dealers. I brought in my 2015 Maserati to sell or trade-in after I was told by email that it would be worth between $15k and $17k. I was assured that whether or not I bought a car there, the buy price would be the same. I found a car I liked, but when I went to trade in my car, I was told it would be worth only $13k. I haggled a bit, but they wouldn't budge. So I left to go to lunch to mull it over. I called a few hours later to be sure that I would at least get the $13k they offered, so I wouldn't make a trip for nothing. I was told by John, the Business Development Mgr. (after he said he rechecked with Lilo the salesman I had been speaking with) that $13k is the price. So I made the rather long drive on his guarantee only to discover that they had no interest in buying my car unless I traded it in. This was contrary to what I had been told all along. They wouldn't back up the promise by their Business Development Mgr., calling him just a clerk who only answers the phone. These people are liars and cheats. STAY AWAY AND BUY and/or SELL YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE! More
