FLORIDA FINE CARS

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE we have ever had with a car dealership. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS, SCAMMERS, DISHONEST, and EXTREMELY UNSCRUPULOUS. My husband and I went to see a car we had found on the internet for certain price, when we got there, the car had a totally different price, and the “excuse” they used was: “Oh this is for cash only”. To whoever is reading this post, we can assure you: The internet price is a scam and it’s never honored at this dealership. We went to the Hollywood and Miami Gardens locations, and they gave us totally different answers. Instead of turning our backs and leave that place, we ended up accepting their “excuse” and we decided to proceed doing business with them, and we ended up choosing a car. After sitting with the salesman, we explained we had ½ of the deposit now, and the 2nd ½ within 2 weeks, he said “no problem”, then we signed an application, and he told us, tomorrow we will have an answer for your loan. Next day he called saying: “You are approved”! So we went back on the next day and gave a deposit to hold the car. They told us: “The car is yours; we will put on the sold line”. Well, when we went back as agreed before to give the 2nd and final deposit, they told us: “Oh we could only hold the car for 1 week; now the car was sold to someone else, it was a CASH DEAL”. HOLD ON! This was NOT what they told us, and this was NOT the agreement. We were extremely disappointed and upset, and that was a sign we should have walked away from that unscrupulous place. We told the salesman: Ok we want our money back then. Then, came the manager and told us: “Oh let’s do something, see if you like any other car and we will do a very good deal for you to see you happy”. That was our worst mistake! We ended up choosing another car and agreeing to do business with them. On that same day we signed all the papers, and took the car home. By the way: The car was totally dirty, even though meanwhile we were signing the papers they told us: We are cleaning the car and getting the car ready for you. Another lie! The car was on the same place and dirty as before, even with the dealer stickers. Four days later we got a call from Marco Garcia, stating that we needed to go back to sign another papers, that he got us approved in a much better deal. After work we went back there, and instead of a better deal, he got the interest rate much higher with higher monthly payments. But then he said: “Oh your principal was reduced in $2,000”. Well the new interest rate was almost 24%. Ridiculous! We ended up signing. Other huge mistake! JUST A LITTLE NOTE: On that same day we noticed that the first car we put a deposit on it, it was back on the lot, then we asked what happened, and the salesman told us: “The buyer was not approved and had to bring the car back”. Then we got very concerned about that statement, and we asked: “How could that be, wasn’t the buyer approved or cash buyer?? Then, the salesman realized what he just said and told us: “Oh no, it’s because the buyer gave us FAKE PAYSTUBS, and the bank found out”. LIARS!!! Wasn’t this a CASH DEAL in the first place??? Almost 2 weeks later Marco Garcia called my husband saying: “Look you will have to bring the car back, we couldn’t get you approved, and I need you to bring the car today”. What??? Weren’t we approved???? And we did NOT have anything FAKE on our application, everything was legit! Many times we asked these people if everything was alright, and they told us: relax, enjoy your car, everything is fine, your loan was approved and there is no problem. Never, under any circumstances, we would take a car from any dealership if we were not sure we were approved, and they ensured us everything was approved. LIARS! LIARS! LIARS!! And to get our money back was a nightmare, even though we requested to talk to the general manager, we were told that he would not do anything, and the general manager refused to talk to us. We have never been treated with such disregard and lack of consideration as we were treated at this dealership. We will make sure, we will post this review on every car review place or website, in order to prevent other people to go through the same thing we did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS DEALERSHIP!!!

My Review of Florida Fine Cars:
This place makes you want to come back for you next car. The sales person knew what he was doing did not push, which I appreciated very much (Other dealers I visited that day drove me nuts!). We bought Nissan Rogue for my girlfriend, and the car is nice. They are by far the kindest people you can meet, they have good customer service (coffee and things :-) and they make it a priority to get your financing on good terms. Please don't listen to the bad reviews about this dealer.

Went in just browsing, not intending on purchasing a car anytime soon. But was shown a great car for a great price, an offer I couldn't refuse. Mohamed was a pleasure to work with, really went out of his way to make this deal happen and even came in on his day off of work to finalize the deal.

My Review of Florida Fine Cars:
Saw a 2003 Saturn advertized on line for $3,999. Made arrangements to meet Maryam on Sunday March 4 to attempt to purchase this car. Went to the dealership and while waiting on Maryam, I viewed the car and saw the price sticker on the window was 5,000. When I asked "Steve" why the discrepancy in price for the same car, he said, "Oh the price you saw on the internet was for cash". No where did it state this on the internet or on the car price sticker. These deceptive practices are devised to get the customer in the lot and then use deceptive and manipulative tactics to get them to buy a car. While I ws waiting for Maryam I saw a family come out of the dealership looking very angry, and they looked at me and said "scammers". A "red light" should have went off in my head then. I left the dealership very disappointed. I will not go back there again and I will make sure I tell every body about these scammers!

I am very sorry if your experience was less than satisfactory. Our sales personnel are indeed trained to fully disclose that our internet prices are Cash prices. I am disappointed to hear that we failed to do this in your case.

We have been in business under the same name for 20 years and I can assure you that we are not in the business of "scamming". The vast majority of situations are similar to yours where there is some sort of mis-communication, whether on our part and even sometimes the customer.

In fact we have recently developed a week-long training period that all sales personnel must complete before they are given the responsibility of greeting and assisting our valuable customers. Although in it's early stages it is our ultimate goal that this will ensure the best possible consumer experience, as well as making our business an even better place to work.

My Review of Florida Fine Cars:
I bought a car on February 22, 2012 for $2460 cash. The car broke down on February 27,2012. I thought it was just the battery so I tried to get a jump and didn't work at all. So I had it taken to the mechanic so he can tell me what is wrong. When the mechanic looked it over he told me the engine itself is defective and will cost more than $3000 to get it fix, basically getting a whole new engine. So I called the dealership to tell them what happen and that I would like a refund and the young lady who answered the phone basically cuss me out and hunged up! I didnt appreciate it at all!!!!! How can they sell a car that is defective???!!!!! I would never buy a car here ever again!! I would never recommend them to anyone!! I am a mother of two and for the car to break down with them in the car is horrible! To fix this car cost more what I bought it for and that is a ripoff!!

We apologize for your less than satisfactory experience. Please understand that we are not in the business of scamming. We have been serving South Florida for 20 years under the same business name. I can assure you that in this industry, as well as any other retail business, it is in no way beneficial for us to intentionally 'ripoff' a customer or purposefully sell vehicles that break.

It is a fact of this business though that the vehicles any automotive dealership sells consist of thousands of mechanical and electrical pieces that can fail. Especially with vehicles similar to yours (18 years old and 142,000 miles).

I tried reaching out to you to try to assist but received no reply? I would especially like to know who you spoke with over the phone. We train diligently in Customer Service and if your claim is accurate I need to know so that internal actions can be taken.

My Review of Florida Fine Cars:
My first experience with Florida fine cars was very bad, not from the salesperson but from the finance guy by the name of Bruce. Three day after I purchased a BMW X3 2006 I got a call from Bruce rising his voice on me asked me why I did not bring the phone build and told me that he will come towing my car and hang up the phone on me.
For the car that I purchased from you guys was very bad, you guys sold me a car as is with multiple mechanical problems plus the key did not work.

The second time I went service was ok from Serge the salesperson and the finance guy.

the problems began when paying with checks. your system is not user friendly. with all the proofs i gave, even then the transaction was very complicated. the service dept, manager and salesman were very efficient but not the accounting dept regarding checks.

My Review of Florida Fine Cars:
This was my first time purchasing a car,so I searched dealerships. I called Florida Fine cars and spoke with Jay, although he was not at the location that i went to, he referred me to my salesman Angel. Angel helped me find the exact car that i wanted and i was very excited. I went back that Monday to get the car serviced and Kevin(Manager) told that something was wrong with the car and that it was not in any condition to be sold to me. At that point i really felt like the employees there really cared about me finding the perfect car; and i really appreciated that. Kevin and Carlos picked out a reliable car for me that was ideal for traveling up and down the road since i am away in school and gave it to me at a very affordable price. Mario was the person that took care of all of the financials and finalizing the deal. overall my experience at Florida fine cars was very memorable, emotional, and most of all rewarding. I am very pleased with the vehicle i recieved and i know that it would not have been possible if it werent for the guys at Florida fine cars, mainly Angel, Kevin, Carlos. Thanks Guys!!!!
