Dealer Nightmare!!!! Bought a car from this Dealership last month. My salesperson was Juan Contreras. Purchased what I thought was a good car for a good deal - I was wrong Bought a car from this Dealership last month. My salesperson was Juan Contreras. Purchased what I thought was a good car for a good deal - I was wrong. After 2 weeks of driving this car, which they assured had no issues, was driving good and they seemed trustworthy. It completely stopped/ shut down on the highway. Almost causing me to get rear end by cars driving at 80mph. 'Service transmission' message came on. Called Juan, and he said to bring the car in to have it checked out. Went in, Juan never showed up. Had to deal with Zee, who was extremely rude and was almost laughing when I explained the situation, as this wasn't a serious issue, having my car stop in the middle of driving! Of course, he did not seem surprised I was having this issue, and immediately told me I had warranty thru the manufacture. Had all the paper ready. It is evident they knew this car had a transmission issue. He said he won't help or even look at my car. I had no warranties with them, they sell cars 'as is'. Yes, AS IS, I bought this car because I was mislead into thinking this car had no mechanical issues. And my sales person wouldn't even show his face, and Zee completely laughed at me. Also, my car turned out to have a MAJOR car accident before by the previous owner, which of course they did not informed me about. This dealership lies to people and misleads customer into thinking they are getting a good deal, You are not. This people are not honest. They knew what they were selling. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
