Bad service Following a long search for the perfect Jeep, I found my tank green JK Unlimited in Hollywood FL at this dealership. I had read their reviews and got a wonderful picture including discussing mechanics doing a thorough inspection and work over. After the following events, I can say these reviews were all fake and clearly a misrepresentation of this dealer and their service department. There is no way they looked at this vehicle and deemed it safe. I drove 3 hours after work to pick it up and got home at 1am to go to work the next day at 3am. The next day I had my local dealer do an oil change only to find that the oil was at 25% of acceptable volume and had not been changed far past the acceptable range. Additionally, I started having issues immediately with the clutch not allowing it into 4th and smelling antifreeze when I stopped and got out. Wednesday at 4pm I called Vito, my sales person, who never responded. I attempted to reach him by text as we had communicated before and again was left in the dark with no response. Vito, as a sales person should have already reached out like any good sales person to say thank you or to check on me and the vehicle. As soon as the signature was on the dotted line, his give-a-xxxx was lost. I called the Miami dealership in hopes of reaching the general manager to talk about a solution and spoke to a manager named Amy. Amy pulled up my information and stated she would call me back but that if she didn’t I should take the responsibility and call HER again. I refused to be subjected to this lack of customer service and told her that if she did not reach back out that I would be reaching out to another manager. I NEVER heard back from Amy. The manager from Hollywood (wish I could remember his name but he was too scared to tell me), where I originally bought the car, called me back and we discussed the issues present. I stated that I work only 7 minutes from work and to try and diagnose the issue, I had let the car run for 45 minutes. He told me I should not allow a car to sit running for 45 minutes let alone a Jeep! He told me the antifreeze and water start boiling!! Ridiculous lies that were the first attempt to hide the fact that they sold me a defective vehicle. The Hollywood manager stated he would talk to his mechanic and that he would send someone out to my house as the vehicle is not drivable. I mentioned the distance from the dealership and how I would like to get it towed to the local dealership. He said he would call me back by Friday, which we have now surpassed. I am now on my own with my dealership to fix the squeaking brakes with less than 30% left, differential leaking, broken head gasket seal, replace the leaking top and to replace the L door panel which is a different color. No one has apologized, offered solutions, given me an option for getting to work or attempted in any way to rectify this situation. Less than a month after buying a car, I’m without a car and this irresponsible dealer is to blame. Vito, Amy, and the Hollywood manager all made money off of me but do not care how they make their money - unethical and immoral people with greed as their only motivation. Best of luck to any soul who decides to work with Florida Fine Cars. Please bring any of their vehicles to your own independent mechanic to insure that you and your loved ones will be safe. More
