My Review of Flow BMW/MINI:
This is absolutely the worst BMW service center in the state. They let your car sit for days without even looking at it. When you have your wheels balanced they manage to scratch all 4 and then say that it was like that when it got here. The service manager is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Their loaner car policy does not work for most people. I have seen them give loaner cars out for an oil change on a car that was out of warranty but my car which was under warranty which sat there for 5 days I could not get a car for. If you car about your vehicle and getting quality work done go to greensboro. All cars have problems. How they are handled is what makes the difference. These people act like there are no other options out there. Take your car elsewhere!!

My Review of Flow BMW/MINI:
bad gasoline caused a break down while on a road trip. Flow service analyzed the problem figured it would take a couple days. Had me on my way in a jiffy with a 530i loaner, so I could continue my trip. They even welcomed my dogs in the waiting room...lol, and to ride in their 530. Live 90 miles away, but may still buy my next bimmer there.

My Review of Flow BMW/MINI:
I have nothing bad to say about my visit. My vehicle was out of warantee<br>by several monthes and I had little hope of getting coverage on my problems. Not only did they cover my problems under warantee but they completed the work in a very timely manner. Kenny Starnes kept me informed of the status of my vehicle on a daily basis and provided me with<br>a loaner vehicle. I'm a customer for life.
