I am very pleased with my experience at Browns. I was very nervous about the finance office.I have had bad experiences before. The finance guys made it simple, i was relieved. Great experience, in fact, have purchased many Toyotas over the years, and this was probably the best Toyota purchase experience. Friendly, informed staff and a good price too. I just leased a 2011 Toyota Highlander from Leslee. She was great to work with! I hate buying cars and she made the process easy and fair. I told her what I was willing to pay (up-front and per month.) She went to her manager, came back with a number that exceeded my expectations, and we shook hands. No haggling, no worries! His exceptionally quick responses to our e-mail queries made this a terrific shopping experience. We will never go the traditional car shopping route again; this was just too easy and pleasant. We narrowed down on the Internet what car we were looking for, then drove the two models in which we most interested--we did that locally, and the local dealer never took advantage of the potential for a sale. They didn't understand we'd done all our shopping on the Internet and were ready to buy; they thought we were doing the tradition "drive and think about it some more" approach. So... they lost the sale. We dealt with several other dealers via the Internet, but they never got specific. Phillip did. Three questions to him, with his three quick replies, and it was over. And we love the car! The only poor part of the experience was that the rest of the experience was in regular car buying time...3+ hours on site when we walked in the door with a credit card. Nice people, pretty entertaining, but so 90s! Phillip, on the other hand, was definitely in this millennium and on my get-it-done, I'm-not-dedicating-my-life-to-this timeline...he is terrific! Give him a raise! And get the rest of the process in gear...these are great people, but wasting WAY too much time. Thx! More

I needed a new car late on a Saturday afternoon. I spoke with Mrs. Parsons by phone while still several hours out of town and told her what my requirements were. I told her that one of the ones she described seemed to fit my needs and I would be in as soon as possible. My wife and I arrived 30 minutes prior to the dealer closing time. The car had been made ready in case I would buy it on the spot. In order to complete the sale Mrs. Parsons and several other employees stayed past closing time to accomodate me. More
