Alan Heady Service Advisor is FANTASTIC My 2016 Ford Focus had to be towed in to the dealership. I had a transmission issue and two nails in my tire. They had my car for one week. All that My 2016 Ford Focus had to be towed in to the dealership. I had a transmission issue and two nails in my tire. They had my car for one week. All that time there Alan called me and kept me informed on the status of my car. My tire was special order and it took a few days to get it. My transmission computer needed to be replace. Glad that was in stock. Alan and Team Ford Country did a awesome job on my car. The entire staff is so friendly. The lobby is very clean. More

Love my Ford Escape and our Sales Manager, Sherri Anderson!! I have been a Mercedes owner for 20 + years.. until I drove the Ford Escape. Sherri and Sabrina treated my husband and I like family and Sam helped u I have been a Mercedes owner for 20 + years.. until I drove the Ford Escape. Sherri and Sabrina treated my husband and I like family and Sam helped us get through the finance paperwork in less than an hour. Unheard of! Purchasing a new car has never been this "painless". Worth the drive!!
